Fantastic central Cowes four bedroom family holiday home. Short stroll into the main street shops, restaurants and cafes. 200m to the Cowes front beach.
Quiet court location.
Downstairs features open plan living, dining and kitchen with an alfresco dining area. There is a wood heater and a split system to heat and cool in summer.Plenty of space for the family to sit around the dining table and enjoy a meal together or maybe a puzzle in the Winter! Master bedroom and ensuite with walk in robe and split system. Single bedroom located at the front of the house.
Upstairs opens to a 2nd living space/rumpus area for the kids to play and watch television. This area has a split system. Two bedrooms and family bathroom.

LINEN:
Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied. You may opt to hire linen when booking using to extras tab or call Getaway to arrange (queen/king $50 and single $30).

THE PROPERTY
As per the Health Dept regulations, the number of occupants of a property must not exceed the maximum allowed. The agent will cancel the booking immediately if overloading occurs and extra charges may apply.
