Cognac Beachfront, luxury beachhouse is nestled into the sand dunes in Cowes enjoy water views and walk across the lawn onto the sand. Just 37 steps to the beach - no roads to cross! A 20 minute walk along the beach to Cowes shopping and cafes.This solid limestone house has two spacious living rooms opening to the covered verandah and the north facing beach, relaxed and comfortable spaces to relax in. The large lounge has a dining table and wet bar. The casual family area has a great kitchen and you can relax at the kitchen bench while you watch the cook! Cognac Beachfront is set on a large land holding and shares the grounds with one other house( 2 story section in the photos). A house to enjoy in all seasons with a combustion fire for winter and sea breezes to cool in summer.
All one level with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied. Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is NOT INCLUDED unless otherwise stated in the advertised description. You may opt to hire linen when booking using to extras tab or call Getaway to arrange (queen/king $50 and single $30).

PET FRIENDLY
This property is pet friendly for dogs only. Please ensure you BYO doggie bed and pooper scoop bags. You need to clean up after your pet, picking up all poop from the back yard. Please do no leave your dog unattended for long periods as they may become distressed in the strange and unfamiliar surrounds and cause excessive calling out for you, disturbing your neighbours.

THE PROPERTY
As per the Health Dept regulations, the number of occupants of a property must not exceed the maximum allowed. The agent will cancel the booking immediately if overloading occurs and extra charges may apply.
